Subscription Terms

Mobile subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by the applicable store account and billing terms. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, taxes, and renewal date shown by the store at confirmation control the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Deleting NeuroCircle or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.

A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility may be limited by the store. Subscription benefits apply only while entitlement is active and may require the same store account used for purchase.

We may change future plan features or pricing with notice required by law or store rules. Changes do not remove rights already provided by the store or applicable consumer law.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account. Refund requests are handled by the store that processed the transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
