Marketplace Policy

Rules for listings, transactions, prohibited goods, and disputes.

Effective June 25, 2026

User responsibility

Marketplace content is created by users. Sellers must have the right to sell an item or service, describe it accurately, disclose material defects and total costs, and comply with consumer, tax, licensing, shipping, and product-safety laws.

Buyers must review listings and use reasonable care. NeuroCircle may provide platform tools but is not the manufacturer, owner, inspector, shipper, or guarantor unless a checkout screen expressly states otherwise.

Prohibited listings

Do not list illegal, stolen, recalled, counterfeit, unsafe, sexually exploitative, age-restricted, regulated, or rights-infringing goods. Weapons, controlled substances, human remains, live animals, financial accounts, identity documents, malware, and services intended to deceive or harm are prohibited.

We may remove listings, delay or cancel platform transactions, restrict sellers, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed for safety, compliance, or fraud prevention.

Payments and disputes

The checkout screen identifies the payment provider, fees, and transaction terms. Users should keep communication and payment within supported platform flows and should not share passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary identity information.

Report suspected fraud through the listing or support tools. Marketplace support: support@neurocircle.app.
